Not lying specifically, no.

[cracks her eyes open, and reaches up to run her fingers through his bangs.]

Though I almost did lie to you, once. Back in Corehaven.

[and both eyebrows shoot up]

[Her other hand drifts over to her abdomen, where the scar from her stabbing is.]

[his gaze follows her drifting hand, and his frown deepens]

[Runs her fingertips over the scar, tracing it. It's a nasty-looking thing, if he can catch a glimpse of it in the shadows of her cloak.]

I'm almost surprised that you haven't remembered some of it for yourself yet.

[he does, and his own hand inches towards the scar as well, fingertips brushing against it, should she let him]

I have too much other stuff to remember, apparently.

[She does let him, shifting her hand out of the way with a soft exhale. Her skin is cool in the evening air; it's not going to be the warmest of nights.]
